Mr. Kecheng Yuan is a business leader with over 22 years of experience in strategic planning, risk management, and operational leadership. He holds a degree in Economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Over two decades at China Ping An Property Insurance Co., Ltd., he has advanced from sales and regional supervision to Vice General Manager, where he has overseen performance evaluations, customer relations, and strategic projects. His leadership in innovation research, consumer behavior analysis, and digital business models has positioned him to guide Benxi Commerce Tech’s vision. As CEO, Mr. Yuan has directed the company’s strategic growth, cultivated technology partnerships, and driven the development of innovative ERP solutions that integrate business functions seamlessly.
Changyuan Cai
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Changyuan Cai is a marketing and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience in brand development, strategic marketing, and business growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Beijing Normal University and is completing an Executive MBA at the National University of Singapore. His career has spanned leadership roles at Fujian Fynex Textile, Shanghai TPG Chemical, and Shanghai Royel Trading, where he has driven sales strategies, optimized budgets, and launched targeted marketing campaigns. As CMO at Benxi Commerce Tech, Mr. Cai has overseen global brand positioning, client engagement, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring the company has maintained a competitive edge in the ERP sector.
Junsheng Ma
Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Junsheng Ma is a finance and accounting expert with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment management, and risk analysis. He holds a Doctorate in Accounting from Fudan University, a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics from Nanjing University, and is a Certified Internal Auditor as well as a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has served in senior finance roles at Jincheng Corporation, Bank of China, Shanghai Land (Group), Jiuzhou Securities, and Minmetals Securities, while also contributing as a partner at leading audit and consulting firms. He has been Vice Secretary-General at the Shanghai Pudong Financial Promotion Association, directing financial strategy and large-scale projects. As CFO of Benxi Commerce Tech, Dr. Ma has overseen financial planning, compliance, and risk management, ensuring robust systems that support sustainable growth and investor confidence.
Wei Shi
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Wei Shi is a finance and strategy executive with more than a decade of experience in investment management, financial analysis, and corporate governance. He holds an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Accounting) from Shanghai International Studies University. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA Australia), Mr. Shi has held senior roles at PwC ZhongTian LLP, Zhehao Asset Management, OYO Hotel Management, and Shanghai Tianhe Health Technology Co., Ltd. His work has spanned audits, mergers and acquisitions, technology-driven financing, and entrepreneurial ventures. As CSO at Benxi Commerce Tech, Mr. Shi has directed long-term strategy, financial modeling, and innovation planning, ensuring that the company’s growth is aligned with market opportunities and emerging technologies.
Shibo Zhao
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Shibo Zhao is an operations and business development professional with expertise in marketing coordination, data analysis, and inventory management. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California. His career has included roles at Aim Travel Inc., INFOX Consulting Inc., and Rightway Stone Art Inc., where he has led market research, HR recruitment, and operational management. His firsthand experience in reporting, inventory oversight, and business process optimization has translated directly into ERP functionality and deployment. As COO at Benxi Commerce Tech, Mr. Zhao has managed day-to-day operations, optimized integration processes, and ensured that client implementations have been delivered with efficiency and precision.
